My Passion

I have a passion for helping others. It isn't something I think about, but something that is just a natural part of who I am and what I do. I enjoy seeing others prosper. I love to make people smile. Even better is when I can help someone achieve their goals.

One of my goals when I started perusing the web for a way to make money in my spare time, was to be able to spend time with my family while creating a second stream of income. I didn't want to work outside the home while my children were still young.

What I found while searching (now 2 1/2 years ago), was a way to achieve my goals AND help others at the same time. It all revolves around this web site. I help people create professional resumes and I make money at the same time.

This web site gives me a sense of purpose and a feeling of fulfillment. I earn money for my family while helping others reach their goals. I've had so many emails from people thanking me for providing the information on this site. It gives me a sense of inner peace knowing that I am able to make a difference in someone else's life.

When I decided to start this site, I had no idea how to design a web page, much less how to get people to find my site, but I knew that I could help people. My experience was with people, not html, so I was a bit unsure at first if I would be successful.

How could I turn my dream into a reality?

Many years ago, I worked in the Career Planning and Placement center at Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville) while working toward my Bachelor's degree in Business. At that time, I got my first glimpse of what would become a way of life for me. To know that I could help others achieve their goals was – and still is – a special feeling.

Since then, I have written a book about resume writing and have worked in human resource positions in a variety of companies. Each step brought me closer to where I am today.

I don't work for anyone anymore. I work from home now. I have this site (a very successful website) that allows me to pursue my own goals (really my own dreams) – and turn them all into realities.

Now, I live my dreams.

I still don't know all that much about html or link farms (I can only guess what that is, in fact). What I do know is that I have a great web site with lots of visitors like YOU. You can have the same thing, too.
