Having a sister who worked for Citrix, I can tell you that you fell for it. The very Hispanic Manager saw something in you as a potential employee that he was going to make an example out of you, and most likely won a bet with his peers.
He pretended to speak poor english so you would be frusterated in the interview and then presented a question about a massive migration of their system. Little research of Citrix would have told you about their system(s).
The point of this comment: Be more prepared in your next interview.
